1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of iptvgibraltar.com and any related apps or services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service description
We provide tools and access credentials to view IPTV content from authorized sources. We do not host or store third‑party channels or content. Availability of channels, EPG, and quality may vary by region, device, and network conditions.
3. Eligibility & account
You must be of legal age to form a contract in your jurisdiction and at least 16 years old. Keep your login details confidential and do not share your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions, renewals & billing
- Plans & renewals. Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto‑renew until cancelled. Prices may change with notice. Taxes/VAT may apply.
- Trials & promos. Trial eligibility and duration may vary and can be withdrawn if misuse is suspected.
- Payments. Payments are processed by third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). By purchasing, you authorize us (and our processors) to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.
- Cancellations. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. See Refund Policy below for details on refunds.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to infringe intellectual property or other rights.
- Restream, rebroadcast, copy, record, or commercially exploit content accessed via the Services.
- Bypass, remove, or circumvent DRM or access controls.
- Share credentials, exceed device limits, or use automation to scrape or overload the Service.
- Interfere with network integrity, reverse engineer, or test vulnerabilities without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
6. Content & third parties
Third‑party content, links, or services are provided “as is”. We do not control or guarantee availability or legality of third‑party channels. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to view selected content in your country.
7. Service availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, channels, or plans (for example, due to provider changes, legal requirements, or technical issues).
8. Intellectual property
All software, trademarks, logos, and materials we supply are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services for personal, non‑commercial viewing in accordance with these Terms.
9. Disclaimer; limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be error‑free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Except where prohibited by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Services in any 12‑month period is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in that period. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPTV Gibraltar and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. Courts of Gibraltar will have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the UK/EEA, you may also have rights to bring claims in your local courts under consumer laws that cannot be waived.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
